At Miami Pediatrics we consider our patients to be part of our pediatric family and we look forward to caring for your family from birth through young adulthood.

Platinum Care by Miami Pediatrics, our premier concierge program, is designed for parents who value the importance of a strong personalized relationship with their child's pediatrician; someone who is readily accessible when you need them.
When you visit our office, your appointment runs on time, and your medical encounter takes place in a relaxed setting. Ample time is allotted to discuss your child's underlying needs, with additional time dedicated to review state-of-the-art therapies that focus on preventing disease.
Longer, Unhurried Appointments
Typical pediatricians see as many as 50 patients each day. In our practice we can schedule much longer appointments than was previously possible. Because your child will be one of a small number of patients, we can take the time we need to address your child’s individual health issues.
After-Hours House Calls
After-hour house calls are available to members of Platinum Care by Miami Pediatrics for non-emergent care, at an additional fee. We are available from 5:30pm - 10:00pm to see your child in the comfort of your own home.
Telephone and Email Consultation
To make the most efficient use of your time, Miami Pediatrics gladly accepts telephone and email consultations when appropriate.
24-Hour Accessibility
You will always have direct access to our staff for any medical issue (including holidays and evenings), large or small.
Coordination of Specialty Care
If your child needs specialty care, we will work closely to coordinate with other providers. Miami Pediatrics will make careful recommendations and facilitate communication and follow-up. The office will also make arrangements to get you the earliest available appointment.
First Newborn Visit at Home
Your baby's first visit can be done from the comfort of your own home. We will provide a thorough examination of your baby and also educate and answer all your questions about feeding, and sleep patterns at an additional fee.

OUR PHYSICIANS
Wendy Glaberson, MD
Dr Wendy Glaberson earned her doctorate at the University of Miami and pursued her pediatrics residency at Holtz Children’s Hospital. In addition to being a board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Glaberson is also board-certified in Pediatric Nephrology and holds an Assistant Professorship at Holtz Children's Hospital

When she is not working, Dr. Glaberson enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with her husband, 2 young daughters, and the family dog.
Vicente Roger, MD
Dr Vicente Roger completed his pediatric training at Mount Sinai Medical School in New York City. Dr. Roger holds an Associate Professorship at Miami Children's Hospital where he is actively involved with the residency-training program. Dr. Roger is active in academic medicine and was one of the founders of pediatric services at Camillus House in Miami.
Dr. Roger is consistently listed in Consumers Research Council of America's "Guide to America's Top Pediatricians." His name was published in the "Best Doctors in South Florida".
Ilana Gunczler, MD
Dr Ilana Gunczler is originally from Venezuela, where she graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela “Luis Razetti” School of Medicine. After finishing medical school, she moved to the US to pursue a career in pediatrics. She went on to complete her pediatric residency at Holtz Children’s Hospital of the University of Miami/Jackson Health System in Miami, FL. Dr. Gunczler is both fluent in English and Spanish.

During her personal time, Dr. Gunczler enjoys going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with her family, especially her husband and two sons.
