Miami, FL – September 30, 2025 – Miami Pediatrics is delighted to announce the addition of Dr. Milica Saper, FAAP to our talented team of board-certified pediatricians. This is a homecoming for Dr. Saper who brings a depth of experience, compassion, and a focus on nutrition and preventative medicine, that will further strengthen our commitment to providing outstanding pediatric care to families in South Florida.

Miami Pediatrics Adds Experienced Pediatrician Dr. Milica Saper to the Practice

Dr. Saper was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia, where she earned her medical degree at the University of Belgrade School of Medicine. After completing medical school, she moved to the United States and contributed to groundbreaking clinical research at both Columbia University and Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She later completed her pediatric residency at Unterberg Children’s Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey.

For the past 11 years, Dr. Saper has been practicing pediatrics in South Florida, including in our very own office, where she has built a reputation for her warmth, professionalism, and individualized approach to care. She is fluent in English and the Slavic group of languages (Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian), with conversational knowledge of Spanish and Russian, allowing her to connect with a wide range of families in our diverse community.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Saper is a passionate swimmer and sailor, and she enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and learning about different cultural traditions. She is married and the proud mother of one son and two daughters.
