Miami, FL – June 15, 2025 – Miami Pediatrics is proud to welcome Dr. Jeanette Coriat Simkin as the newest member of our pediatric care team. Dr. Coriat brings a wealth of experience and compassion that align beautifully with our practice’s mission to provide exceptional and personalized pediatric care to families in South Florida.
Dr. Coriat Simkin Joins Expanding Team Of Physicians At Miami Pediatrics
Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Dr. Coriat earned her medical degree from La Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia. She completed her pediatric residency at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami, where she developed a strong foundation in family-centered care and evidence-based pediatric medicine.
Dr. Coriat is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to communicate seamlessly with many of the families in our diverse community. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and being with her husband and two daughters.
“I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Miami Pediatrics,” said Dr. Coriat. “It’s an honor to care for children and support families during some of the most important years of their lives.”
